Military or flight school? A friend told me a couple of days ago that joining the military is the best way to get into the major airlines like (Qantas) and + military pilots get thousands of flying hours + training for free. What do you think of this?

Is it possible to cahnge flight itinerraties on American Airlines for the same day travel?
06-Nov-09I have airline reservations with American for a late departure. If I wanted to change to an earlier flight on the same day without going standby, does American charge a fee? Are there only a selected number of seats on each flight to allow this change?
What do like best about it! Im cabin crew on the Boeing 737-700 & 737-800 for Virgin blue in Australia!
